No custody of funds

U.CASH Swap is a non-custodial interface. Swaps are executed by smart contracts and liquidity protocols (0x/Settler, Jupiter, and LI.FI bridging protocols) and are signed and broadcast directly from your own wallet. We never receive, hold, control, or have access to your funds or your private keys. You are solely responsible for the wallet you connect and the transactions you approve.

Smart-contract and bridge risk

Swaps and cross-chain transfers depend on third-party smart contracts, liquidity pools, and bridges. These can contain bugs, be exploited, or fail. A vulnerability or exploit in an underlying protocol, liquidity pool, or bridge can result in the partial or total loss of the assets you are swapping. Past performance and availability do not guarantee future security.

Transactions are irreversible

Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed, cancelled, or refunded. If you send assets to the wrong address, approve a malicious contract, or a transaction is front-run or affected by slippage or network congestion, your funds may be permanently lost.

Quoted rates are indicative and can change; the amount you receive depends on market liquidity, price impact, slippage tolerance, gas/network fees, and the affiliate fee described below. Fees

U.CASH Swap earns an affiliate/operator fee on eligible swaps, taken from the swap output and disclosed in the interface before you confirm. Underlying protocols, liquidity pools, bridges, and your wallet may apply additional network, gas, or protocol fees that are independent of this site.

Compliance responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of this site and any swap complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you, including any restrictions in your jurisdiction. You must not use this site in violation of applicable sanctions or anti-money-laundering laws.
